Crew Manning Agency

As crew training and manning managers, we undertake the full scope of ensuring that our client’s vessel is supplied with qualified and well-trained officers. We perform all crew manning related functions including screening and selection, through references and documents check, assessment, long term crew planning and arrangements, training, safety familiarizations and liaising with the vessel crews on any matters to provide a resolution. WRIGHT LINKS will also take care of travel arrangements and tickets, visas, allotments, accounts and any other matters arising.
We offer vessel manning services for various types of vessels including cargo ships, tankers, offshore support vessels, AHTS, FPSOs, rigs, dredgers etc.
We are a registered NIMASA crew manning agent and this allows us to provide local marine crew to vessels. Our marine crewing office is located in Port Harcourt, with operational offices in Lagos and Abuja. We are however opened to open other offices in the locality of our clients.
We also have the ability to provide other discipline of personnel, both national oreign. Our local crews are sourced from local administrative Pool, Training schools, Professional bodies and Unions
We handle crew changes and other vessel required services.

We service the marine, oil and gas trade comprehensively and specialize in project cargos and the cabotage regime. We have extensive experience and the required personnel in handling operations in ocean tugs, anchor handling vessels, support and survey vessels, this along with associated logistics of crew rotation and training.
We also provide complete marine logistics services from port to port; port to mother vessel, provision of sea transportation of dry bulk. Wright Links Logistics also provide logistics for tanker chartering services to a range of major international and national oil trading companies.

Flights and Hotel Reservations

This service consists of the crew change services for the vessels that we are appointed as sub-agents. Wrightlinks Logistics performs meeting and the transportation of the crew as per instructions given by the Agents. Wrightlinks Logistics offers an integrated crew logistics and management. We secure flight and hotel reservations for crews on standby, or awaiting embarkation.

Immigration Assistance

Our Protocol department facilities the following processing of Visa on Arrival(VOA), Temporary Work Permit ( TWP), Submission and pickup of passports and other immigration request of crew on transit.

Shipping Agency

Our Shipping Agency division provides comprehensive representation and coordination for vessels during port calls. We offer a range of specialized services tailored to meet the needs of shipowners, charterers, and cargo stakeholders:
Port Agent: We manage and coordinate all aspects of a vessel’s port call, acting on behalf of the owner or operator to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Cargo Agent: We actively solicit cargo opportunities on behalf of the vessel’s owner or operator within designated geographic regions to maximize vessel utilization.
Owners/Charterers Agent: We represent the interests of owners or charterers during port calls, with responsibilities customized according to the specific agreement and operational needs.
Protective Agent: Acting on behalf of the owner or charterer, we safeguard their interests during the port call—ensuring transparency, compliance, and cost control when a third-party agent is appointed.
